Products

Are there any fragrances in your products?

We proudly craft our products with potent natural ingredients and we do not add perfume which can be allergens for some. This means the scent of your product might have unique variations – it's influenced by the natural ingredients themselves, the specific batch, and even how long it's been open.

Remember,the scent doesn't impact effectiveness, and a bolder smell is nothing to worry about! That said, we understand wanting extra assurance.

Feel free to do a simple 24-hour patch test on your inner elbow – peace of mind in a pinch!

Are THOA products compatible with other brands?

We can only speak to the compatibility of our products and cannot confirm how they will work with other brands and products.

That being said we would not recommend that you use our products in congestion with other products that contain the same active ingredients such as Niacinamide, Glycolic Acid and Alpha Arbutin.

What skin types are THOA products suitable for?

THOA products are suitable for all skin types:

  • Normal
  • Dry
  • Oily
  • Combination (both oily and dry)
  • Sensitive

How often can I use THOA products?

  • Because every skin type is special, we recommend visiting our "Product Use/Directions" section for each THOA product you're curious about. This ensures you get the full potential of its benefits!

Placing an order

Will you be able to deliver my parcel with incomplete address details?

When you fill in your address to make your purchase, please make sure you fill in all the fields.

  • The house/flat number,
  • the street name,
  • the correct post/zip code
  • full name a

The above are all mandatory details, which will help us to prevent your parcel from being blocked during processing.

We don't deliver PO boxes! Your parcel will not be shipped with this type of address,

Your contact details must be valid to enable the delivery carrier to contact you if necessary.

Deliveries will always be made to the designated address. Please note that while we make every effort to ensure successful delivery, the carrier and THOA cannot be held responsible for any issues after the parcel has been handed over to the person present.

I've received a faulty item, what should I do?

Please inspect goods fully on receipt. Any damages/shortages / incorrect products must be reported to THOA in writing at info@thehouseofaysha.com within 24 hours from receipt of goods with full details of the issue, along with photographs of all packaging and contents.

If a return / refund / replacement / exchange is required, THOA will provide full details on this process during email correspondence. This process may involve you completing a Non-Receipt of Goods Declaration Form.

THOA cannot accept responsibility for damages / shortages / incorrect products reported after the stated 24-hour period.

I've received and incorrect item in my order, what should i do?

I'm missing an item from my order, what should I do?

Can I cancel my order?

We cannot modify orders once they have been confirmed, but we can cancel them if this is still possible so that you can place a new order.

Cancellation will only be possible if the order is still awaiting preparation. Once preparation has begun, we are no longer able to cancel and the order will be dispatched.

Please note that cancellation requests are handled during our service hours only (Mon - Fri 9 .00- 17.30) via info@thehouseofaysha.com. For this reason, any request made outside these hours will only be effective when we reopen.

I was charged twice

Here are a few things to check first:

  • Multiple Orders? Double-check your inbox for multiple order confirmation emails with different order numbers. This would indicate separate orders were placed.
  • Different Emails? Ensure you used the same email address during checkout as the one linked to your payment method (Paypal, Apple Pay, etc.).
  • Pending Charges: Sometimes banks initiate a debit before order confirmation. If the order doesn't go through, the amount is automatically refunded within 10 days. Your bank can provide more details on pending charges.

If you've checked these and still see a double charge for a single order, kindly provide us with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number (if available)
  • Date of purchase
  • Payment method used

We'll investigate the issue promptly and ensure any incorrect charges are rectified.

I can't edit my basket

Should you encounter difficulties adding or removing items from your shopping cart, we recommend clearing your browser's cache and local storage on our website. Once complete, please refresh the page. If the issue persists, consider utilizing your browser's private browsing mode.

I have not received a confirmation email

First things first:

  • Check your spam folder: Sometimes those pesky confirmation emails slip through the cracks. Just take a quick peek to see if it's hiding there.
  • Double-check your email address: Make sure you used the same email address you placed your order with.
  • Used express payment?: If you used Paypal or Apple Pay, your order confirmation might have gone to a different email address linked to those accounts. Check those inboxes too!

Still can't find it? No problem!

If you've checked all the above and your order confirmation email is still missing, there's a chance there might be a typo in your email address or order details. Don't fret! We're here to help you track it down.

Simply reply to this email with the following information:

  • Your full name used at the time of purchase
  • Oder number
  • Your delivery address
  • The date you placed the order

Purchase

Upon successful order placement, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and a detailed summary of your shopping cart. Your order details are also available for review within your secure customer account.

Shipping, Order Tracking & Delivery

Can i track my order?

THOA provides a fully tracked shipping service for all parcels.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with all relevant tracking information which includes the link to track your parcel and the tracking number.

If you are unable to locate this email, we would recommend you check your junk/spam folder.

My tracking is not progressing (international)

Package stuck in transit? No worries!

  • Check your local post office website for updates after your package crossed borders. They'll have the latest info.
  • Remember, delivery happens on weekdays, so weekend orders might take a few extra days.
  • Scans happen at each step (carriers, customs), so quiet stretches between updates are normal.
  • If anything looks weird, just reach out to our customer service!

When will I receive my tracking number?

An e-mail will be sent to you as soon as the parcel is dispatched with a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.

I made a mistake in my delivery address/Can I change my delivery address once the order has been placed?

If you wish to change the delivery address of your order, please contact us as you receive your order confirmation. 

If your order has not yet been processed, we can modify it. Otherwise, we recommend that you contact the carrier to try to change the address.

If this is not possible, the parcel will be sent to the address given first.

My package is being returned to the sender due to not being collected / insufficient address, what should I do?

In the case of a parcel being returned to THOA due to an incorrect delivery address being provided or the customer not collecting from their postal office/depot, a re-delivery cost will be charged. The costs for this are detailed on our returns page. 

Should a parcel be returned to us it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they contact us to either re-arrange delivery or request a refund.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

To meet expectations, please allow for the timeframes in our Shipping policy page to pass before emailing us, your tracking details will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.

The quickest UK delivery option at the moment is our Priority UK Delivery services at 1-4 working days (Please bear in mind orders placed after 12pm on a Saturday will be dispatched on a Monday at the earliest, excluding bank holidays).

International deliveries may take longer than the times stated depending on country and customs.

Please appreciate that the THOA is working hard and doing everything we can to ensure you receive your orders as quickly as possible.

How does Christmas & Bank Holiday affect the delivery of my parcel?

We do not process any orders over the weekends and bank holidays so please allow additional time for dispatch if your order is placed over this period.   

Due to reduced services over bank holidays, especially the Christmas and New Year period from our delivery partners, it will take longer to dispatch your order (up to 7 working days) over the festive period.

My order has not arrived within the stated delivery times, what should I do?

The majority of orders will arrive within the delivery times stated, however, please allow at least 10 working days for UK delivery & 25 working days for international delivery before emailing us as we are unable to investigate with couriers until this time has passed.

Do you deliver internationally?

International deliveries are available, to all countries except for Åland Islands, Cambodia.

Please note, that we are unable to ship international packages weighing more than 1kg with Royal Mail. The exception are the following countries:

UAE & Arab countries up to 5kg (Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates)

Europe up to 1.25kg (Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Türkiye, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vatican City.

I am an international customer, will I have to pay customs duty?

If goods are being ordered from outside the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes (including VAT) may be incurred once your goods reach their destination.THOA is not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. Any fees payable are your sole responsibility. 

If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the goods are being imported.

Please be aware that goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and that THOA cannot guarantee that the packaging of your goods will be free of signs of tampering. Please also be aware that United Kingdom consumer protection laws may not apply.

If after placing an order you do not agree to pay the customs duty, the parcel may be returned to THOA and the value refunded will be less the customs duty, the cost of return from the courier (if charged), and less the cost that THOA paid to dispatch the parcel. Your refund will only be processed once the parcel has been received by us. Any delivery charges paid for on an initial order are not eligible for a refund.
